Jane Jenkin
TUTTI
In this series of artwork, Jane has drawn from Deleuze and Guattari’s concept of
chaos—not as mere randomness or lack of structure, but as a dynamic space where
possibilities emerge, dissolve, and transform. She embraces distortion as a vehicle for
change, rejecting polished perfection in favour of disruption’s raw beauty. In fractured
connections, new meanings surface, revealing the breakdown of old systems and
making way for something deeper, more organic.
Glitch Art, for Jane, is an embodiment of rhythm—movement, transformation, a visual
score where absence and presence interact like notes in a composition. The
interruptions, digital noise, and harmonics create a pulse, a rhythmic beat that speaks
to the essence of lived experience. Like the shifting view from a train—fragmented,
unpredictable, yet undeniably narrative—disruption is not an obstacle but a force of
vitality, the rhythm of something real, something alive.
