The Voice & Vision Award
Sponsored by Ainslee Hooper Consulting – a proudly disability-led business.
This $500 award recognises an artwork that challenges, advocates, or expresses lived experience through creative practice.
It celebrates work that speaks with clarity, courage, or quiet resistance — whether through protest, personal narrative, or powerful self-expression.
Artists are not required to identify or disclose anything about themselves to be considered for this award. This is not a category defined by identity, but by intention — art that contributes to important conversations, invites reflection, or creates space for new ways of seeing.
The winner will be selected by Ainslee Hooper, a Geelong-based, Disability Inclusion Consultant & Applied Anthropologist, whose work centres on elevating lived experience in inclusive and affirming ways
-
Calm Minds Creative Wellbeing Award
Sponsored by Calm Minds Clinic – Supporting holistic health and wellbeing.
This $200 voucher prize recognises an artwork that explores themes of personal growth, emotional insight, or mental wellbeing.
Whether through strength, softness, clarity or complexity, this award celebrates work that fosters understanding, encourages reflection, or honours the many ways we navigate life’s challenges and triumphs.
