Failure to use the flash in these situations may lead to poor photo quality, and Liminal Lab will not be held responsible for the outcome if the flash is not used as advised.

  3. Liability: Liminal Lab is not liable for any damage to property, injury, or loss of photos resulting from improper handling of the disposable cameras or failure to follow the provided instructions.

  4. No Warranty: While we ensure the quality of our service, we do not guarantee specific results from the cameras due to the nature of analog photography, and we do not accept responsibility for any photos that are underexposed, overexposed, or improperly captured due to failure to follow the camera instructions.

  5. Digital Image Delivery: As a small, dedicated team, we strive to deliver your scanned digital images within 7 days from the receipt of your returned cameras. However, during busy periods, delivery times may extend up to 14 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we process your order with the utmost care and attention to detail.

  6. Lost Cameras in Transit: Liminal Lab is not responsible for any cameras lost, delayed, or damaged during transit when being returned by mail. Please note that no refunds or replacements will be provided for cameras lost in the mail.
